By accessing or using SwishIPTV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SwishIPTV provides access to IPTV streaming content including live TV channels, video on demand, and related media services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to SwishIPTV. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your subscription with others outside your household. SwishIPTV reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be sharing access commercially.
Access to Gold and Elite reseller tiers, and to any SwishIPTV or llmdeal.me product SKU at Pro level or above (including but not limited to white-label deployments, dedicated infrastructure routing, paperwork-on-request services, E2EE-within-infrastructure features, and llmdeal.me high-throughput / enterprise API plans), requires FIDO2 hardware authentication via any FIDO2-certified hardware key — YubiKey (Yubico), Token2 (Swiss, EEA-friendly), Nitrokey (German, open-source), SoloKey / Solo 2 (open-source), Google Titan, or a platform passkey (Apple Touch ID / Windows Hello). This requirement also applies to all reseller credit-pack purchases and llmdeal.me high-tier credit / capacity top-ups regardless of base tier.
What is FIDO2? FIDO2 (Fast Identity Online 2) is an open authentication standard maintained by the FIDO Alliance and W3C. It replaces or augments passwords with a physical hardware key (USB, NFC, or built into the device) that performs a cryptographic challenge-response on each sign-in. Common keys include YubiKey (Yubico), Google Titan, SoloKey, and OnlyKey. FIDO2 defeats phishing, credential stuffing, SIM-swap attacks, and password leaks because there is no shared secret to steal. The browser-side protocol is WebAuthn; the device-side is CTAP2. Each FIDO2 key registers a unique, per-service public key — your same physical key can be used across many sites without leaking identity between them.
FIDO2 enforcement exists for non-disclosure agreement (NDA) integrity, legal compliance under the European Economic Area data-handling framework, and security of high-value account access. Customers at Bronze and Silver tiers retain standard web-portal authentication. To enroll a FIDO2 device, contact support after upgrading to a qualifying tier.

While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, server issues, or third-party disruptions may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
SwishIPTV provides access to content from various sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. Channel availability may change without notice due to licensing or technical factors.
SwishIPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support.
SwishIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
SwishIPTV complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area. Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
We process personal data based on legitimate interests for service provision and contractual necessity for subscription fulfillment. Data processing is limited to what is necessary for these purposes. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be reached at [email protected].
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours as required by GDPR Article 33.
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adherence to EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
